When ordering Carbon Dioxide or other gases, there are specific steps to take within Elixer to ensure the proper delivery of your gas. Before you begin, be sure you have your AirGas account number available. If you are unsure, please contact Roman Lopez or Elizabeth Taylor-Diaz for your account number.
To Order:
1. Open Elixer
2. Choose Non-Catalog Items
3. Search for AirGas and click Select
4. Add the current description for C02, the quantity needed, and current Market Price
5. Add to cart and check out
6. Once in the Check Out Screen, you will need to add an External Note
7. In the external note, add the following:
For Airgas Account # 000000000. Please deliver to ADDRESS, BUILDING, ROOM NUMBER. For delivery issues, please contact NAME at PHONE NUMBER
8. Finish the Transaction and Submit
