Wenjuan Jiang, PhD

I am currently serving as the Principal Scientist for Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) at Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals in China. I hold a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University. Between March 2018 and May 2022, I dedicated over four years to researching mechanosensitive Piezo1 ion channels under the mentorship of Dr. Lyna Luo at Western University of Health Sciences in California. Prior to that, in 2017, I worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Alex Mackerell's lab at the University of Maryland, where I contributed to developing methodologies for the SILCSBIO software.
