Register for an iLab Account (External Users)
- Complete the registration form on the iLab sign-up page.
- You will receive a Welcome Email from iLab (typically within one business day) containing your login credentials.
Create a Service Request
Using your iLab login credentials, you can place a service request:
- Sign in using the “Sign in using iLab credentials” option.
- Enter the credentials provided in your iLab Welcome Email.
- Select the “Request Services” tab.
- Click on the “Request Service” button next to the service of interest.
- Complete the service request form and submit it to the core.
- Your request will be reviewed by the core. They may approve the work or request additional information if needed.
Create an Equipment Reservation
Using your iLab login credentials, you can schedule equipment time:
- Sign in using the “Sign in using iLab credentials” option.
- Enter the credentials received in your iLab Welcome Email.
- Select the “Schedule Equipment” tab.
- Click “View Schedule” next to the instrument of interest.
- Click and drag on the time frame you wish to reserve.
- A pop-up window will appear where you can verify reservation details and enter payment information before saving.
