Wasko Lab

Our lab studies how cells maintain balance and what goes wrong during aging and disease. Using yeast as a model, we explore key molecular pathways, discover potential therapeutic compounds, and model rare human disease mutations. We also develop hands-on teaching labs to inspire and train future scientists through real-world research.
